The Best All-Around XC Tire

Sometimes the trails ahead are unpredictable. Will they be too dry? Too muddy? Too soft? Which tire will be the best? Quiet those worries with a tire that does it all.

Introducing the Scorpion XC RC — the best all-around MTB tire for handling modern XC courses, from man-made obstacles to natural terrain and from hardpack to loose conditions.

The Scorpion XC RC tread pattern has been designed together with XCO World Cup athletes: low profile, thick central knobs offer minimal rolling resistance while higher lateral knobs allow fast cornering control. A tread design with no compromises.

This tire uses SmartGRIP Compound, which is an advanced compound developed using motorsport experience. The single compound provides constant high grip performance both in wet and dry conditions, even when the tread starts to wear. The casing is also tubeless-ready, which allows riders to run lower tire pressures without fear of pinch flats.

The Scorpion XC RC is also built with ProWALL sidewall reinforcement technology, which increases puncture protection and improves handling at low pressures. An additional layer of Nylon fabric is applied over the casing sidewalls for extra protection and improved cornering stability.
