Description
The First Bicycle Tire Made from Dandelion Rubber
The Urban Taraxagum by Continental is the first serial bicycle tire made from dandelion rubber, for which Conti established the brand mark Taraxagum™. The project is embedded in a comprehensive sustainability strategy, covering economic, ecological, and social aspects. Through significantly shorter distances from the fields and their European tire plants Continental reduces efforts in logistics and transport and uses resources more efficiently. Another important contribution to sustainability.
The Continental Urban Taraxagum Urban is a 700 x 35mm tire, folding bead with Vectran breaker flat protection.

Reviews
I am no bike expert, but you'd think somewhere it would explicitly say that it was a SINGLE tire, not a pair! I was expecting to get a pair of tires for a bike I'm fixing up to be my new commuter, and when I got only one, I was pissed off to say the least. These are not beautiful, fancy tires, so if it's only one, this is insanely expensive. I recommend getting something else that has a much better value and hopefully an effective product description.
