Description
Lightweight & Tough Inner Tubes For Today's Road Cyclist
Continental's Race Road Tubes (5-Pack) are everything you want from an inner tube: lightweight, durable, and reliable. While a lighter tube may not seem like it makes a difference, it actually takes away from the overall rotational weight of the wheel, which makes a huge impact on both long rides and punchy sprints. The Continental Race Road Tubes are made from standard weight butyl and feature removable Presta valve cores, so you can inject sealant for additional puncture protection.
Due to their compact size and lightweight, the Continental Race Road Tubes are excellent for stashing away in a saddle bag or jersey pocket. With their 42-60mm Presta valve, these tubes are compatible with most regular rim depths.
The Continental Race Road Tubes are now available in 700c x 20-25mm and 700c x 25-32mm sizes with 42 or 60mm Presta valves. Stocking up on tubes is never a bad idea, especially if you ride with friends who may not carry their own spares!

I have always preferred Continental tubes. Great product, good value, no problems in quality. They always last longer than the "other" made in...tubes. And on occasions, you get a sticker with them.

Best of both worlds

These tubes have removable valves which allows me to add sealant to the tube. Between all my bikes/wheelsets, in addition to tubeless and tubed, I now run a set of hybrids.

They're black, they're made of rubber (or rubber-like) substances, and they're designed to hold air. Best of all, buying as a 5-pack ensures I won't have a flat all season long!
