Nuun is a great option for your water bottle, as it offers electrolytes and flavor without adding much sweetness. It makes for a refreshing drink rather than an overly sugary concoction. Even better - it comes in a convenient tab form, and the tubes are a great size for carrying around.

this product keeps me level through the long hot summer rides.

This is the drink option for people who don't want something very strong or artificial tasting. And the tablets are convenient to bring on longer rides. It kept me from getting too dehydrated on a century in hot weather and high altitude.

My family is pretty athletic. Tennis, swim, cycling, running, football, soccer, and generally working out in the heat. We generally stick to water and avoid gatorade like the plague. The whole family loves popping a Nuun tablet in our water bottle before excessive heat or sweating. Good stuff!

I haven't used many different e'lyte solutions, but I prefer the tabs to powder and can bring extra along for long rides. I use one tab in a 24oz bottle which is less than recommended and use 2 tabs in every other bottle if it's going to be a hot day, every bottle if I'm flagging. Mantra drink drink drink works great except for having to get off the bike frequently to visit nature. It can be a pain but must mean it's working.

I like this because it's more natural than Gatorade and the fruit punch is one of my favorites.

I gave these a go while I was out of OSMO and Skratch powder. The flavor is awesome and they provide some nice variety. I also like having the small dose of caffeine along the way. On longer, warmer days I find myself cramping more with this than I do with OSMO though. It may be mental - but it's enough to keep this from being my primary electrolyte drink.

I've had trouble with cramps for years. This year I decided to take some basic steps - Nuun and Hammer Endurolyte tablets are part of that. I haven't cramped virtually all year, and while I don't have any empirical evidence relating that to Nuun, I appreciate that it's not sweet or glucose laden and that it doesn't tast horrible. I use it every ride and never dread drinking on the bike. That might sound funny but with a lot of athletic drinks you get to the point where it almost discourages hydration. These are mild and tolerable over long rides and they don't seem to cause stomach upset.

I have used these tablets for a several years in two different sports - cycling and tennis. I have never experienced cramping while using Nuun tablets (singles tennis players are probably even more susceptible to cramping than cyclists) but I have definitely cramped while not using Nuun.
While cycling you need to take in both calories and electrolytes. I use the tablets anytime I plan to ride for more than an hour. For rides longer than two hours I typically add Hammer Perpetuum to my water, but since Perpetuum doesn't contain electrolytes it isn't sufficient by itself. Nuun tablets not only add the necessary electrolytes but they add good flavor as well. The tubes that Nuun comes in are very convenient and easily fit in your saddle bag or jersey pocket.

The tabs are very easy to use and turns a basic bottle of water into energy and speed. I have seen a big difference in my durability and my desire to keep going

This is one of them we tried when we switched from powder to tablets. They do the job and the taste is great.

Have ridden all winter, and built up a good solid base. Recently thought some minor position shift to my bars &40lowered&41 have left me cramping badly in the hamstrings. Got bad enough at the end of a 45 mile ride I nearly fell off the bike on a hill. A friend recommended a rival electrolyte product but having no access to the other product quickly, I bought a tube of NUUN electrolytes and popped a double dose into my large water bottle.
End result I was able to complete my metric century on my birthday &403-19&41 and celebrate 49 years young with ZERO CRAMPS in my legs. I rode hard enough the last two miles to puke &40literally&41 but suffered no cramps on the ride or in the days or two after.
I'm sold, I will always use this stuff from now on.

These tablets are very easy to use just drop them into your water bottle and they dissolve like alka-seltzer. The resulting electrolyte-enhanced flavored water has a pleasant taste that isn't overly sweet. Just enough added taste to cover the added salt and make it easy to stay hydrated. The container is easy to keep in a jersey pocket and protects the tablets from getting crushed.

I've been using nuun exclusively in my water bottles for the past couple years. Great supplement, tasty flavors, dissolves wo a mess or chunks, not sticky and doesn't leave a mess on my bike.

I typically use Nuuns to avoid cramping during long summer ridesraces. I've tried a few flavors, and actually got Lemonade by mistake at first... and now I keep using them! I love the tablet format (easy to pack a few extras in a jersey pocket). And this flavor is not too strong nor chemical. Water doesn't get fizzy, and even in warm-er water it's still OK.

Always carry a couple for my long rides and it's great to take away the nasty flavor from sink water.

If you are looking for an electrolyte drink, this should be on your short list. It is easy to carry these tablets and use them anywhere. I use them for my cycling and when traveling. They have a great, light flavor and don't have all the sugar and corn syrup that most sport drinks have.

I'm skeptical of most of the sugary snacks that are supposed to power you up in your ride, but NUUN is not that. It works. Electrolytes help out on hot days. Keeps me going for those longer rides.

Not too sugary or full of sodium. I have tried orange and lime so far and like them both. Will try all flavors. Very convenient to use.
