Great pre-ride drink

I'm a big fan of this with breakfast before a ride or gym trip. The orange with caffeine is great because you can sort of pretend it's an OJ you might have. (The taste isn't the greatest but I've had worse from sport drinks.) I'm slowly becoming as big a fan of BCAAs before as I am for whey afterwards. It can be hard to find from a brand you trust that's not some shady supplements-r-us but Nuun has always been great and this lives up to the standards of their sport drinks. That being said it's dummy expensive compared to their other stuff but honestly in line with other protein drinks, which is really what you're paying for. In any case I think it's worth the money as I keep buying it. Certainly better than coca cola.
