Description The Carbon Paste That Gets the Job Done Well
The people at Muc-Off were racking their brains to come up with a solution for carbon fiber bike parts slipping and developed Muc-Off Carbon Gripper.
Whether it's your carbon seat post having a mind of its own or your carbon stem is struggling to grip your handlebars, the mad scientists at Muc-Off have come up with the highly advanced answer.
Put simply, the Muc-Off team has created a highly efficient carbon fiber assembly compound that is essential for preventing over-tightening and creating a secure 'mating friction' between carbon surfaces or indeed carbon to metal parts.
Designed for mechanics and riders building their own bike, the Muc-Off Carbon Gripper creates friction between carbon fiber clamping areas and lowers clamping torque thus decreasing the chance of fatigue, internal fractures, or shortening component life.
So get your money's worth out of your carbon fiber parts. Use Muc-Off Carbon Gripper!
Features:
Keep Carbon parts gripped
'Non slip' surface to surface formula
Specifically designed for carbon fiber bike parts

Surprise product that I now can't live without
I was having issues with my carbon seat post slipping even when the collar was torqued to the proper spec, and my mechanic friend mentioned this stuff. Glad I picked it up since it's completely solved my problem. Also very helpful for stem/steerer tube!
