I have always been a Sidi fan for MTB shoes and this is my first time with their road shoes. These have not disappointed me. Fit is spot on! have narrow feet and generally have a heard time getting shoes to fit snug. No issues here. Minimal heal lift when walking. The stiffness is perfect along with the power transfer into the pedal stroke. Nice and light, barely know they are on. With hundreds of trainer miles in this late winter early spring I can't wait to get these outside.

I am an avid recreational road cyclist who rides 3 to 4000 miles per year, with lots of climbing. I have somewhat narrow feet and only Sidi and Giro brands work for me due to their narrower lasts compared with other brands. This is the third pair of Genius I have owned, and the first with a Boa-style mechanism. I like the fit and stiffness, which is why I keep buying them. One complaint I have about all of the Sidis is that they have a rather rough and unfinished interior. This may be fine for hard competitive riding, but I find them uncomfortable enough that I wear them only with thicker socks and custom insoles. My Giro Empires (lace-up), on the other hand, are much friendlier on my feet due to their softer interior lining. Also, the Techno 3 dial is somewhat awkward to use. I understand that this is Sidis version of a Boa dial, and operates somewhat differently. Neither of these issues is a dealbreaker for me, as the shoe still provides a solid connection to my pedals, which is the primary function I want them to perform.

Not only very stylish, but a great fit and design that will have you leading out front on your group ride.

The Sidi Genius 10 is a very good shoe. The shoe is slightly long (compared to other older Sidi shoes same size), but good width for average foot sizes. The overall fit is very comfortable and gets snug with the Boa tightened to individual preference. Break-in period is minimal and after a few rides the shoe feels even better. Heel stays locked in, there is a good shaped foot bed that is comfortable and doesn't feel heavy. Overall, I'd have to give this 5 stars and zero complaints. My feet are very happy training and racing in this shoe.

I was looking for a white, Sidi shoe. I have worn black for a while, and lately have had problems with my feet getting really hot on hot days. I thought there was a reason why the pros wore white (other than it looks good) and I like how the white shoes looked. The thing is, they are much cooler. There is a little more area in the toe box, and I think that getting insoles might take up that space. Anyways, I do like the shoes, they look great, the price was very good and they have that Sidi quality and fit that I have come to prefer.

I normally purchase the higher end Sidi shoes; however found these on sale and purchased them. Out of the box, extremely comfortable and fit amazing... highly recommend if you dont want to shell out for Sidi's higher end shoes.

The Genius has replaceable heel pads, boa closure and a composite sole that is plenty stiff. Ventilation is perforation in the made made leather. No sole vent but still good . Mid range shoe offering great performance. Westernbikeworks offer great personalized service as well.

After many years of riding Specialized S-Works road shoes I decided to purchase these Sidi shoes while they were on sale at WBW. I was looking for a shoe with a slightly larger toe box and these Genius 10's fitted the bill perfectly.

I'm very easy going and really enjoy a great product. Was a little nervous about the price. Had been watching the shoes for awhile. They went on sale thought I would give them a try. I have no complaints and very happy with the fit, feel and comfort. Had them a little over 4 months. Ride around 100 miles a week. I would recommend the shoe and buy them again when needed.

I wore my first ones out, tried a few other brands I like but came back and purchased another pair of these.

Once you remember to lift up the adjustment tabs before you put on the shoes, you will really like them. The release buttons make it a breeze to take them off.

The only improvement this shoe can use is a replace toe pad.

After a couple thousand miles the shoe is as durable and comfortable as my prior Sidi shoes which lasted many many thousands of miles. Stiff soles have great power transfer and comfort. The Boa closures instead of buckles is nice without being overly complicated to tighten and loosen. The top strap and tongue are softer and shaped differently than my older Sidis, so break in was really fast. My only issue is the insole liner is really thin and created hot spots on hard and or long rides. I got some Specialized BG inserts and they were much more comfortable. I have really wide feet and used to use Mega width but these standard width shoes fit fine. Very happy with spending the extra $ for a quality product that should last for a very long time.

After a few rides, these are great. The fit is consistent with other Sidi's I've worn but a bit more snug thanks to the Boa system. I have a low-volume foot with bunion problems, and this shoe can be snugly tightened without too much pressure across my forefoot, more like a hug for your whole foot.

I have previously had Sidi shoes and have high expectations for their shoes. These are a great shoe overall, comfortable from the start and over long rides. Not soreness or hot spots. I do apparently have narrow feet, so I have to adjust them quite a bit, and the fit results in wrinkling on the toes. And the Techno 3 BOAs are difficult to adjust while riding (have to find the bump on the dial to flip up the lever to adjust). But those are minor issues to an overall great shoe. I would buy them again.

Very stiff sole. Boa's work well, make for a snug fit. I have narrow feet, and these are narrower than I expected, having had 2 pair of Sidi's previously. I have high arches and use an orthotic. Works well for me. Need to use thin socks as thicker ones have the potential to cause a hot spot on top of my foot. That said, I do recommend them.

Here is my 3 month 2,604 mile review of the Sidi Genius 10. The shoe is very well designed, starting from the top strap and its Tecno 3 Boa closure. The shoe allows you to slide a locking one-way strap toward the inner side of the shoe that corresponds to your foot size. The sizes are printed directly on the strap. Wear a size 9? Slide the strap until you reach the "9" and you are set, and then the Boa dial will feel as though the shoes were custom made for you. I like my shoes snug, and this feature makes the Sidi Genius feel like they were custom made just for me. The two Boa dials allow me to get my shoes feeling perfect during a long ride, and they are a cinch to adjust at a red light or a brief stop. I like thing to feel perfect, so it's not uncommon for me to fiddle with my shoes before a ride and even during the first few miles. I did add the Sidi Comfort-fit insoles as I just feel Sidi could have provided a better insole for this shoe. I do wear very thin cycling socks and do a lot of hill work, so that could be the cause of the hot spots in the ball of my left foot before the Comfort-fit insoles. These shoes really are fantastic, and I was able to pick them up at an amazing Gold Express price that was too good to be true. I am glad I bought these Sidi road shoes, and highly recommend them.
