Great cleats...yellow allows the movement I like.

They wear out often due heavy street riding with lots of stops need to replace every 4months despite rotating cleats.

Could last a little longer if it doesn't effect operation.

I tried the Shimano blue cleats for a while, and my knees hurt constantly. So when they wore out, I ordered the yellow cleats. My knee pain disappeared almost overnight. Plus they're easier to clip in, which is nice for city riding.

They are lightweight go well with my dura ace pedals

If you adjust the pedal strength in the back of the pedals and use these cleats, you can get out pretty fast.

I have the blue pair that allow some movement or float but not full. I�m on my second pair, they wear out quickly even with minimal walking on pavement. On the pedals they seem fine.

These cleats are relatively durable. Thanks in part to the 3 degree float, I have no knee pain on long, hilly rides. Clipping in and out of the pedal system is easy.

Always use genuine Shimano.

I've been riding Shimano cleats for years and have gradually moved from the ones with the most float to the Blue ones, that have none. Really depends to what degree you believe you've dialed in your cleat placement on your shoes. So long as you don't walk a lot in them, they'll last a decent length of time.

Cleats are cleats. They're OEM, so they're good.

Quick & easy to change and adjust, these high-quality cleats wear well and always engage easily!

These are required issue for SPD pedals but are not made for walking far. Fit great when new but wear rapidly. Be prepared to replace often

I've been using the Yellow cleats so far and they have been fine .I needed new ones , saw the blue ones and decided to give them a try. There is not much difference in clicking inout , but once clicked in , they have lot less play in them, so I had to dial in my cleats and pedals little better . I have used them for about 100 miles now and so far I like them.

I have six pair of road shoes all of them paired of with these cleats.they do need more colors.black,green,blue,grey.

I perfer to use the yellow SPD-SL cleats because of the float that it provides with my Dura Ace pedals. I find that I need to replace these cleats at least every 4 to 6 months on an ave. of riding approx. 250 to 275 miles weekly. Purchasing from Western Bikes with their advertized sales helps me to keep my cost down while enjoying my cycling during my recent retirement.

Nice crisp secure clipping to my Shimano Dura-Ace pedals. Real nice to have bit of float with the yellow as one ankle was reconstructed and need some lee-way
