I believe I ordered a medium fit if memory serves. Im 6, 162 lbs. great shorts for medium distances of 20-30 miles.

These are my "go to" bike shorts. They are comfortable and the leg bands are tight enough to keep the legs from riding up. Ive wirn these shorts for short rided, centuries and double centuries with no issues. I've tried other brands at the same price range or cheaper and I've been disappointed each time.

These shorts really fit well (no drawstring which i like). I do not feel like I have them on. Great comfort for my indoor rides. I did a 40 mile virtual ride in them!!!!!! Would definitely recommend them!

These are comfortable, padded riding pants. Eventually, mine last about 5 to 6 years, the material will wear out and a new pair is needed.

A good cycling short for the semi-serious cyclist.

The bike shorts fit exactly as expected them to and they are very comfortable. They provide the cushion that I need for long bike rides, and I'm very satisfied with them.

I've been using the same Pearl Izumi bike shorts for at least 15 years. They always fit the same and the ride is extremely comfortable. It's what I've come to expect from all Pearl Izumi products. Excellent quality and workmanship.

Thick cheap foam pad is hot and holds moisture causing sores, making otherwise good shorts useless.

These are my everyday riding to work bike shorts, reasonably priced (way better if you can hit the sale). Knock them around and then wash them out and they're ready for another day. The Levi Strauss Blue Denim pants of bike shorts built to take it all. I love 'em.

Shorts are of the highest quality, comfortable over the whole ride no matter what the distance.

Poor fit, poor pad bad seams.
Upgrade one level and you get a good fit, great pad and flat seams.
I returned the shorts and as usual the customer service was great

These shorts help prevent chaffing of the thighs and groin areas. They are lightweight, yet work great in cooler conditions.

They work well. I have not ridden them over 50 miles. I am 6' 185lbs, wear 33 waist, am average shape and the size M fits nice and snug. A size L might fit more relaxed. I would not buy super cheap bike shorts, they don't not keep you in place. These do.

Good value for the price for cycling shorts I wanted for moderately long road rides (3 - 6 hours in the saddle). Panel material is robust, and padding provides a firm and stable foundation. Ordered large size based on measurement recommendations on the web site and feel constricted in the crotch - will be exchanging for XL, but everything else (waistline & legs) felt fine. Maybe add a little extra room down in front?

As others have noted, Pearl Izumi shorts run small. I'm a 30, and the WBW size chart says a small should be 29-31.5, but these are borderline tight. (A medium in PI is typically too big for me.) Solid construction, but has an annoying stiff seam jutting inward that sits right on the buttock-will likely soften up with a few more washes, but this is the largest, stiffest, most intruding seam I've ever seen on the inside of cycling shorts.

From a short day(25miles) to a long day(150miles) they never let me down. They fit great and of coarse the price is perfect.

I have several pairs of these shorts that I use for indoor cycling. They fit well and hold up well.
