The tires fit the rims perfict i bought four tires and put two on the ROSS GRAN TOUR and two on my SMD KABUKI both bikes are classic 1978 racers that were in the

attic for 32 years,they look and ride like new.

Nice basic tire for older bike with 27 wheels.

As a college student who commutes by bike, these tires have gone above and beyond the call of duty. These tires have seen close to 4,500 miles over the course of 3 years, all in Upstate NY with the snow, salt and crumbling shoulders. I only got one flat from a nail in the grass that I didn't see. Only complaint is he sidewall did start cracking pretty badly by the third year, which led to some areas of the sidewall to separate from the tread.

Bought a pair to replace the worn out tires on my 1985 Sears Free Spirit 12 speed. These tires are like the original gumwalls right down to the treads ! Never got a flat on my old ones so these should be the same as they are identical. Smooth rolling and quiet after installation !

I replaced both tires before we went camping during spring break. While camping, we took numerous rides through trails with smooth hard packed dirt with a few rocks and sand spurs. I've heard others say they had flats after taking these trails, but we had no problems. They seem to be great tires.

Whenever re-building 27' roadbikes, i always use this tire kenda k35 27x 1 14 . This

tire is, best looking, 85lb pressure, great tread,best for rims,close to origional. The kenda can always be used elsware, if buyer has another tire preferance!

A superb tire for the money. Seems to be puncture resistant as I run over glass and debris all the time and have yet to have a flat in approximately 500 miles of use. Shows very little wear so far. Provides good traction even in the rain.

I like the tread design especially for street use. Have to wait to see the durability of the tire once the weather is more condusive.

The price of both tires plus shipping was still much less than equivilant tires at a local shop. I have ridden about 50 miles with them and they handle great on concrete and black top. My first ride was after a big rain and it also handled great in the water.

great vintage look tire for those preservation projects...hard to find gumwalls at stores anymore....blackwalls don't cut it on retro rides and best of all there cheap !

My son will use it on a Moto Bicane 12 speed, its light and he loves it because it's retro..the tire is to see if he will stick to it...
