I put a few of these tabs in my frame bag when going on long (+100 mile) rides. More convenient than carrying powder and the grape flavor is a nice change

For out on the road, I used to wrap tablets in plastic wrap but moisture would quickly seep in. The individual, single-use packaging here solves this problem. While electrolytes are a personal choice, I find that Hammer Endurolytes Fizz are the best for preventing cramps. I chose the tried-and-true lemon flavor. A way to improve this product would be to include a variety of flavors in the 25-tablet bag.
