Arundel is my favorite handlebar tape that I've ever tried. It has a classy look. It is very tacky and provides good cushion without feeling big and soft. Perhaps the only downsides are that they are a little more expensive than other tape and they wear a little faster than others that I've tried. I still think they are worth the money and will probably only use Arundel. I haven't tried shellacked cotton tape though.

Have it on all my bikes. Wouldnt use any other product.

It looks like tape, smells like tape and tastes like tape. It goes on smooth and with a great sense of humor. I would certainly buy again.

Wears out too quickly. Won't buy again.

I feel as though I've tried every handlebar tape out there, from simple Deda carbon-look to Fizik that super pricey Lizard Skin stuff. I have always trusted my Arundel bottle cage, so I figured why not try it? It's really grippy, not too thick, a solid black with a pleasing texture that feels really secure. Nice all around.

Good tape. Long enough, tacky without being sticky, and easy to wrap.

The price is really low, especially considering the quality. Used on TT aero bars and they are slightly tacky to help with grip. In several hours of use, they are as good as new.

I had grown fond of the looks and longevity of the Lizard Skins DSP bar tapes. However, I did not grow fond of the price. The Arundel Gecko Grip tape, at 1/4 the price, is every bit as good as Lizard Skins. I can buy 4 or 5 rolls to keep around the garage without feeling guilty about spending too much. I would stretch the time between bar tape changes with Lizard Skins, because it costs so much. My handlebars wold look raggedy! Not any more! With Arundel tape, I change my bar tape when it should be changed. It performs and lasts as long as Lizard Skins, but I do not feel as guilty when it comes time to change the tape. Great stuff and easy to install, once you figure out that you do not stretch it like cork style tapes. Just keep good, even tension all around and it is good to go.

Looks great but after only a few rides, it showed signs of wear at the points where my hands are most often

I purchased this because I liked the random pattern and color, however when it arrived I saw how large and repetitive the logo is so I stashed it as a set of spares.

This tape is great for my commuter. I prefer a little more cushion for longer rides but this tape works great on my secondary bike. Recommend for sure.

Very poor production. I literally had it on a week and it started peeling off the handlebar near the brake lever. Already had to replace it.

Recreational riding 50-150 milesweek. Nice feel and grip. Looks good and performs well.

Great product for road and tri bike handlebars.

This stuff looks excellent and feels good but it does seem to be made pretty cheaply. The backing tape for the sticky side actually ripped about half the adhesive off the bar tape when I removed it so I had to use tension to remove it. As a result it unraveled a few weeks later. I have fizik tape now and its working fine so I don't think its my wrapping technique.

I used to ride the Lizard Skins DSP tape. Then I got this tape and was very happy with the texture when it came it. So far it has been nothing but great and can't beat the price!

Thick and easy to wrap.

I had to replace some old cork tape, so I decided on the Gecko Grip. It went on pretty will and has held up thru several rides.

The tape is easy to work with and adds a brilliant new look to your bike. I find it works best when tightly wrapped.

Just the right amount of cushioning without the bulk. Can't go wrong at this price. I'd definitely buy this again.
