This is maybe the only option to run SRAM ApexRivalForceRed 1X11 roadCX rear derailleur on a flatbar setting. Used it to convert my wife's dropbar Rival1 cx bike into a flatbar commuter, and she loves the setting! Shifting-wise, so far no noticeable differences compared to Rival and Force integrated shifters, and the weight is reasonable. Deducting one star only because it's not compatible with the matchmaker.
