Description
SaltStick Caps have been formulated to provide electrolytes to help minimize heat stress and muscle cramping due to perspiration, in a quantity and form which your body can absorb. This product is ideal for athletes, outdoor workers or for use in hot conditions. Two SaltStick Caps in an hour equate to 430 mg sodium, 126 mg potassium, 44 mg calcium, and 22 mg magnesium per hour, which is the ideal ratio to keep you moving.

These work way better than Endurolytes, Sport Legs or any others. The ratios of electrolytes that Salt Stick caps are a better match for what one typically loses through sweating.

No Cramping
This works every time in the Florida heat......in 95 degree heat on 50-100 miles rides where I used to cramp at 30-40 miles, especially on spirited rides, I now dont cramp at all. This stuff really works !!!

No Cramping

Perfect for cycling and hiking
I choose to drink water rather than sports drinks, so maintaining electrolytes is important. I use one capsule every 1.5 hours on long rides. Also used for Grand Canyon rim to rim hike in the heat of July.
