Treat your back pain at home with the PowerDot Butterfly Back Pad. But when it's starting to look a little worse for wear and not attaching as well, breathe some life into your butterfly with the PowerDot 2.0 Replacement Electrode Pads.

It's very easy to tell when you should be replacing your pads. Electrode pads will last for 25 to 30 uses depending on the amount of oil on your skin, though wiping your skin clean before you use the muscle stimulator can help extend this number. Replace your pads when they no longer stick to your skin, or if the sticky side is covered in lint.

For optimum performance of your PowerDot Muscle Stimulator make sure your electrode pads are sticky, clean, and functioning properly. When you notice the recruitment of muscle is starting to diminish or becomes slightly uncomfortable, that might be a sign as well.
