We offer a live inventory of products that are in stock in our warehouse for immediate shipment, and we receive orders on a "first come, first served" basis. Should an item be ordered that we are for any reason unable to ship, our policy is to notify the customer as soon as possible to initiate full refund and cancellation of the order. We are also happy to recommend possible alternatives.

As a retailer, we reserve the right to limit purchase quantity, at our sole discretion, and to refuse service, including full refund and order cancellation. While some items are eligible for quantity discounts, we are not a wholesale supplier and offer our products to consumers.

At the discretion of their manufacturers, some products are not permitted for export outside the United States.
