Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all the products we sell. Should any item fail to meet your expectations, simply return the item in new condition and we will gladly exchange it or refund your purchase price. If you're not sure if a product is going to work for you we ask that you please keep all packing materials for returning. Please try on shoes on a carpeted floor and do not mount cleats until you are comfortable with the fit. If you want to try a saddle, please wrap the rails with electrical tape and mount carefully to avoid scratching.
Size Exchanges
It's often difficult to know what size shoe or apparel product is going to fit you when you can't try it on first. We take the risk out of purchasing over the internet. If you find you need a different size, simply return the item in new condition and we'll ship you the size exchange at no charge: we offer FREE UPS Ground shipping to the lower 48 states for size exchange shipments of shoes, helmets and apparel products.
No Return Authorization Required
No return authorization number is necessary. Just ship your items back to us with a copy of your invoice or a printout of your confirmation email and a note indicating how you'd like us to handle the return. Please include your daytime phone number in case we have any questions.
