Emails
Our software automatically sends out an order confirmation email when the order is received, and a ship notification email (if shipped via UPS) when the order is shipped. These emails are automatic and are sent by our server software. If you have spam blocking software that sends a return email and requires a response, you will most likely not receive these confirmation emails. You can check your order status by click on Your Account near the top of each page on our website.
In order to keep our marketing costs low and provide the best service and prices to our customers, we utilize email marketing to keep our customers aware of specials and great deals. When you join our email list, or place an order, you'll be added to our weekly email program. Each of these emails includes an unsubscribe link to allow you to easily be removed from this list.
