Great pedal.

I really have nothing to compare this to as it is my first clipless pedal. As a student and daily commuter, I can say I wish that I had purchased a double sided pedal for a bag of books and shoes can be bad on the back! Fortunately, I have only two terms left and plan to do some long rides this summer and extremely love the power I get from being attached to the bike as opposed to just having a toe clip.
