Brave the worst.

We've never met a person who'd prefer to have wet, soggy hands over warm, dry ones, and with gloves like these it doesn't look like Pearl Izumi has either. PI's P.R.O. Barrier WxB fabric with Outdry® has a waterproof, breathable membrane bonded directly to the outer layer of the glove for excellent waterproofing even in a downpour. A fleece lining insulates and keeps your mits warm, while hook and loop closures keep cold air out. Palms with Pittards® WR 100X Natural Carbon Leather are soft and durable and the anatomic fit makes shifting and braking unencumbered.

The Pearl Izumi Men's P.R.O. Barrier WxB Glove is black with red piping and reflective accents.

These gloves are obviously no winter gloves, and the fingers don't fit well unless they're bent (probably because there's no elastic or insulation). They do have nice grip on the fingers, and I can access keys from my pockets without taking them off. I plan to keep them for years and pair them with cotton gloves for cold weather.

I'm extremely happy with them and would buy them again.

I tried these on in a store for fit, but bought from WBW. They are thin gloves I bought to stop wind and rain from making my cold on my commutes. They have a thin fleece lining and water proof shell. I have not had to use a liner glove yet, they are surprisingly warm. Some mornings they are a little too warm, but not so much that I would take them off. Well made, give good grip in the wet and dry and the reflective parts help when you need to signal turns or lane changes amongst traffic. Both my wife and I have a set and use them for cold, wet or both cycling days (mtn or road).

Best waterproof gloves I've found. Warm enough for cool days, great with liners for colder weather
