As an avid cyclist averaging 5600 miles annually over the last decade, I had thought that I would never have a comfort level greater than 5 out of 10 on any 50 mile ride. My wife has sworn by the Terry saddle for years but in my ignorance, I thought they only made female saddles. Ive ridden Selle Italia, Specialized, Bontrager, Prologo and Fizik. I settled on the Fizik Arione. Never being fully satisfied, I always hoped I'd find a comfortable saddle. I then saw that WBW had Terry saddles for men. I decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did! It provides by far the most comfortable ride Ive experienced in decades! I plan to install a Terry Fly Carbon on all my bikes.
I am a small female racer and this saddle has been my only choice for all my bikes, mountain and road racing, from 2 hour to 25 hour solo events. Great quality, comfort and style. And it's not just for men!
My previous saddle was the Terry Firefly which was discontinued but basically the same saddle as the Fly Ti. I've ridden the Terry saddle for over 5 years and attempted to switch to a Fizik to save some weight and just try a different one but no go. The various Fizik models I tried just were not comfortable so I'm sticking with what works. I love the look and quality of this saddle plus it's comfortable and fairly lightweight .
I have tried over 7 saddles in the last 2 years trying to find the one for me. Saddles are such a personal feel and not a one size fits all. However, the Terry saddle was a welcome change and very comfortable and no issues. I have found that I do need a open channel through to the tip to avoid rubbing so will need to try a new one soon, but other than a bit of pressure after long rides it's a great saddle and would recommend.
