These tires are great, I have used them for about three years now and I never had a flat with them, so when it came to buying my daughter new tires for her bike there was no other tire in my mind and she loves them

I bought these on sale thinking it would be a smart buy for me. I religiously ride the Conti 4000 but decided to try these. I read the reviews, they were hit/miss. I guess I got the hit. One mile into my ride I flatted. One tube shot. Checked tire and rim, didn't find anything, replaced tube and inflated. 2nd flat, 2nd tube. This flat blew out the sidewall which is where I assume the 1st flat occurred. [$] for the tire, [$] in tubes....not a bargain. Never again

I love the Vittoria Rubino road tires. I use them during the fall and winter months. They're durable, and I don't really notice any degrade in performance. I have never (knock on wood) had a flat tire with these tires either. I will continue to use these tires every year, and I always order them from BireTiresDirect.com

I do hills a lot and the tire feels good and safe downhill. It is a little heavier that some others I used, but that means spending more money, and this is affordable to me, specially as much as I ride and go through tires.

After having a pair of ultralight Continentals fall apart way too soon due to side wall cuts and tread wear, I decided to finally buy beefier tires. My 23c Vittoria Rubinos are noticeably heavier and have greater rolling resistance than my ultra thin 20c Contis. But this is to be expected. I'm completely happy with the Rubinos and I enjoy looking at my bike with cool orange tires. I've only ridden maybe 200 miles on the Rubinos. They seem to be holding up very well. They give a smooth, supple ride. I'm very confident and secure with these tires.

The threads are showing at 4000mi.I'm on a long tour so the high pressure supports my gear without slowing me down much. it would be nice if they folded though.

Keep tire pressure up to aboput 135F, 140R. Carefully check tire surfaces before each ride. Keep my eyes on the road...never had a flat!

I am on my third set of these after trying Kendas and Continental ultra sports. Each set has lasted 3000-4000 with only a couple punctures. Both punctures would have went through almost any tire, so no complaints. I ride in rural areas on less than perfect pavement, and these tires roll fast, smooth and have decent grip, even in the rain. For the price, the rubino can't be beat.

Durable tire for training. I went with a 25 mm on the front only looking for comfort but did not find it. The tire performs fine and shows little wear after 500 miles. But alas I suspect that my issue is with 60tpi. Switched to a Kevlar bead 127tpi (same as my rear tire) and the ride was very different - as in it felt soft as 105psi, close to the feel of tubular. I am the sort that trades durability for performance.

Nice looking tire. It was time to replace the stock tires on my road bike. These seemed like a nice balance between puncture resistance and weight. I ride mostly paved bike path and they have been great. About 200 miles so far on them. I have to be the worst at changing bike tirestubes and I got them on with medium effort spread out over a few hours. Anyone competent, they should go on easy.

Hell of a training tire

The tires came with my bike. Since then, I have put about 1700 miles on them. There are some cuts and nicks in the middle, but nothing has gone through yet. I have yet to get a flat. I run them at the max 145 PSI and they roll smooth. I have had some problems with wet traction, but generally they grip very confidently. Although they are heavy and hard to mount, they are really the perfect training tire

Tires felt smaller than brands I have had in the past, so far so good, but hopefully being smaller it don't cause any incidents...

A good, cheap tire that rides well in the city. Good grip and a smooth ride, plus I like the colors. It's done well over the last 250 miles, and I expect it to keep it up.

I use my road bike mostly for recreationtouring. I need the excercise and so I need the tires to hold air. So far these tires are performing as advertised and as long as they do I should be happy with them.
