Rim tape insufficient

The pre-installed rim tape didn't come close to doing the job. I had to buy my own (Stan's) and re-tape the wheels. Also, these wheels don't come with valves which is fine but this could be made clearer on the website. All in all frustrating given that this was a $1,000 purchase.
