I have used Lizard Skins handlebar tape a few times and have not been disappointed. A little more expensive that some of the others but easy to install, lasts a long time and very comfortable. Totally worth it.

This is my second Lizard Skin handlebar tape. It is durable and comfortable. Installation is great as it is not too sticky or slippery.

The only reason I take one star away is if you have a long handlebar, you may not have enough tape.

This handlebar tape is just cushy enough for a smooth comfy ride and has enough grip to hold your hands securely in place while you're rolling along.

Riding for roughly 1000 miles and still great

This is thick tape...I have carpal tunnel, riding with hand numbness is a given for me. I have an aggressive riding position.This bar tape helps alleviate some of the hand numbness and fatigue so I can ride longer with less pain. Like all contact points, its a personal preference. Western Bike Works has a great price on My favorite bar tape.

Lizard Skins handlebar tape very cushioning and high quality. I have it on my road bike and am very happy with it.

I really wanted to like this tape. It looks fantastic and has great grip and vibration dampening, unfortunately it gets dirty really easy (and very hard to clean) and starts to wear out after only about 15 hours of use. It literally started disintegrating on all the pressure points. Might be a great window dressing for showing off your bike but if you actually ride it, forget it.

I had all kinds of bar tape for over thirty years. None of them ever cost this much and pealed its' skin off in a matter of months. I won't buy this again. I would post photos here but I don't see where it's possible. It's definitely a comfortable, secure grip. Perhaps that's why it can't take really hard use. It peels right where your hands hold tight in the drops or climbing, in or out of the saddle.

This is a great handle bar tape and I love the extra cushioning it gives. It really cuts sown the road vibration compared to other handle bar tapes.

If you ride roads that are less than smooth, this 3.2 mm thick bar tape helps dampen the vibration and shock. Very comfortable, good looking and provide a nice thick grip - especially if you have 31.8 mm bars. A bit difficult to put on as the material is very thick and not very stretchy, but worth the effort.

Purchased the Lizard Skin DSP handlebar tape and love it for it cushioned grip but mainly for the grip I get on the handlebars. It's not the cheapest option, but I feel the value received is well worth the cost. Love it.

The Phil waterproof grease is my top choice for waterproof grease. I built up a new bike and refused to start the build until this grease arrived. I have used it for over 30 years, and I think it is great stuff!

I have used the 3.2mm tape on my bicycles for a number of years. It provides good comfort and grip. I've not had a problem. with wear or tearing. Previously, I had double taped my road handlebars, and the 3.2mm offers more comfort.

I've down rated this last purchase as the extra section provided to cover the back of the bars at the brake hoods didn't stick. Holding that piece and wrapping at the hoods was a (slow) exercise in dexterity.

This tape is expensive but worth the price to me. That could be 5 stars or 4 stars in value depending on your outlook.

Everything you need in the package. Sticks great. Very thick, absorbs the vibrations from rough road. Feels better in the hand.

Easy to install, with all the extra bits you need for around the hoods, and to finish up the wrap. The tape itself is nice and cushy, with a good grip - not too sticky, but not too slippery either. Works well in the cold, heat, dry, wet, and on the trainer, and with or without gloves (basically any combination of those). I'm pretty happy with it.

personal preferences being what they are, this tape is my favorite because of grip/feel and cushion. seems to last longer and clean easier than other bar tape. I recommend highly.

Tape is great as always. This came with a nice handle bar plug that tightened with a small allen wrench.

I enjoy the thickness of the tape. It keeps my hands comfortable on long rides.
