Review by AnonymousGood tireby AnonymousCycling EnthusiastLake Tahoe , ca 13 of 14 customers found this review helpful.I got these tires to use as touring tires. They held a 45 lb gear load and handle very well.
Also rode without a load and they performed as well as a good road tire. Got one flat from a shard of glass.
They are a great tire for touring or commuting.

Review by Markgood for about 9 Months.by MarkCasual CyclistBoston, MA1 of 3 customers found this review helpful. These tires were on my new Marin Alp Fairfax. After about 9 months the sidewalls cracked and started to fade. One week in Saratoga NY, I experienced 7 flats in five days. So,...No puncture protection there. wet Traction is ok. I have now replaced them with some Conti's Gatorskins and I'm happier with those and I didn't sacrifice too much weight. At best this is an average tire if you need a replacement. My opinion,... get something else.

Review by badamsjrGood at this priceby badamsjrCycling EnthusiastStockton, CA15 of 15 customers found this review helpful. This is a good quality tire in the lower price range. I personally would use them for general purpose riding, but would opt for a better one for loaded touring.

Review by AnonymousThis is a fantastic commuter tire.by Anonymous28 of 28 customers found this review helpful.I live on Maui and used to struggle with kiawe thorns the size of push-pins. Since I put these tires on the bike, though, I've yet to get a flat, knock on wood.

Review by AnonymousLightweight 700X35 pavement tireby AnonymousCycling EnthusiastNYC96 of 100 customers found this review helpful.Replaced heavy, low pressure 65psi OE treaded tires on my hybrid with Kenda Kwests. When inflated to 85psi I get easier pedaling and more speed, these are smooth and free rolling. Bulletproof 2 years and no flats, yet one of the lightest 700x35 tires available. Great fair weather commuter and recreational road tire at a super reasonable price.

Review by Anonymousthis is better for the back only if your running a less aggressive tire in the front good on slitghtly wet roads. by AnonymousCycling Enthusiast16 of 126 customers found this review helpful.I use this tire mainly down hill.when running this tire I use a one of the less aggressive michelin tires the lithion in the front. When you do don't use it in the front and because when you do at hight speeds the back brakes lose.only use it in the front and back on roads after it has rained and it has just stared to dry.
