Review by kanerLower your friction!by kanerCycling EnthusiastWaterford, CT14 of 15 customers found this review helpful. After having twins, I recently converted my specialized stumpjumper to a hybrid. These tires made the biggest difference in the conversion. I got the high pressure ones and usually run them around 80 psi because that is all I can get out of my local gas station pump. The decrease in rolling resistance is dramatic. I ride on roads and light trails. The tires are great on all media. The only problem I had with them was traction on a very steep grassy hill. I now use my bike to commute to work as well.

Review by MeRoll Fast with the 100PSi Kwest!by MeCycling EnthusiastWisconsin7 of 9 customers found this review helpful.I own recumbents and like to go as fast as I can on them - the 100PSI KWEST speeds up a recumbent pretty good without sacrificing some cushion and pothole protection. I also upgrade MTBs to be more like road-bikes, same deal there more speed, yet without sacrificing protection.

Review by queenieregLove my new Tires!by queenieregCasual Cyclistvacaville ca8 of 8 customers found this review helpful.I have a heavy Mountain bike and not having funds to purchase a new one, I replaced my knobby 2 inch tires with these. I was able to have a beautiful 27 mile ride in the Napa Valley, for a charity event. The tires arrived one day earlier than quoted. I will order from this site again. Thank you!

Review by AnonymousSo far so goodby Anonymous8 of 8 customers found this review helpful.I've been riding the tire through the winter (with snow/ice/gravel) on my commute. No punctures and no problems so far. Seems to be a good value.

Review by AnonymousSturdy and does great in the rainby AnonymousCycling EnthusiastNorthern VA8 of 8 customers found this review helpful.I put these tires on my mountain bike to make my commute a little easier and quicker. I was surprised about how much it improved the ride on the road. I've been through gravel, broken glass, and run over a good share of debris in the road and still haven't gotten a flat (knock on wood).

Review by AnonymousLove them. So much less rolling resistance for cruising.by AnonymousCycling EnthusiastChattanooga, TN6 of 7 customers found this review helpful.I only have 100 miles on these but I have to say I am impressed. The more I ride them the happier I am with them. They mounted easy, and seem to be tough enough as I have had no punctures. I would recommend the 100psi option. As these went on a mountain bike, the harder tire hasn't been an issue for me.

Review by GabrielGood bargainby GabrielMiami2 of 2 customers found this review helpful.I only have about 180 miles in mine but they still look new, they roll very smooth..had to put a bit of soapy water on the bead to get them to set correctly on the rim, but besides that they are great.

Review by AnonymousWhat A Differenceby AnonymousCycling EnthusiastCentral Maine13 of 13 customers found this review helpful.Purchased a 1.5, 100 pair to replace 2.125 on a tandem. These really are faster tires with less drag. Prior to purchase, contacted Kenda regarding choice of the low pressure with the flat guard or the high pressure that did not have any. They got back right away to me and I selected the high pressure. No problems so far and almost look forward to the inclines during the Trek Across Maine now.

Review by pgraggVery impressive tires!by pgraggCasual CyclistVancouver, WA10 of 10 customers found this review helpful.I installed a couple of these amazing tires on my wife's mountain bike so that we could ride together Without having to buy her a new road bike. They're amazing. Get the high pressure tires, as they will limit friction on the road. They feel rock solid.

Review by istealjuiceWaste of moneyby istealjuiceCycling EnthusiastIndianapolis2 of 10 customers found this review helpful. These tires suffered two punctures in the first 200 miles. A tiny piece of glass made a huge gash in the tread. These tires also don't roll very well either, feel a bit sluggish.

Review by thecerkinNice wet weather tireby thecerkinCasual CyclistVancouver, WA.7 of 8 customers found this review helpful. My mountain bike moostly sees city riding .... I like the low end gearing for moving loads of groceries, trips to the hardware store, etc. The stock mountain bike knobby tires were terrible in the rain and just way too big for my needs. These tires how ever, are just about perfect for sloching around wet Vancouver Washington streets!

Review by J Naturalthese tires roll nice, and they provide more control than i thought they would.by J NaturalChicago5 of 5 customers found this review helpful.I ride my hybrid in the city. Don't do much unpaved road riding anymore so changed the tires hoping for a little more speed. Was worried about sacrificing control on wet roads or making quick turns. But these tires have made me happy in both categories. Smooth ,quiet ride.

Review by AnonymousGreat tire for rail trail usageby AnonymousCasual CyclistNE PA6 of 6 customers found this review helpful. This is a nice affordable tire for rail trail riding on my comfort bike, whether paved or crushed gravel. It has even performed well on some slightly more rugged sections of the trail.
Comfortable, stable and efficient.
If I usually rode pavement, I would probably opt for the high pressure, although I don't notice any issues with the lower pressure version that I have been using.

Review by FlatlanderHigh Pressure Model Worksby FlatlanderCycling EnthusiastSacramento, CAIt's not easy to find a 26-inch tire that will take 100 lbs of air. If you are heavy or have a heavy bike like a tandem, as I do, you might find these significantly smoother and faster than the lower pressure ones.

Review by exhikerRoad tiresby exhikerNew York State &40Canada&41 Ive been riding Kenda Kwest road tires for two years now and have been extremely happy with their performance. I have a classic 80s Giant Iguana Mtn Bike which I utilize for both road & trail! I have two separate pairs of rims for switching to whatever type I have the itch for. The tires average between 2000 - 3000 miles before replacing and the road surface, although not the worse, certainly is not the best. I do team these tires up with liners to avoid flats!
