Helps with high intensity intervals. I can tolerate well with no problems in limited quantities, but like all other powder products I've tried, it does eventually cause mild to moderate stomach distress if multiple servings are used on 4+ hour rides.

I use HEED on every ride, and have been using HEED for many years. I've tried all the flavors. Tastes are personal, and I found Cherry Bomb to be my new favorite. I also like the fact that it has the added boost of caffeine.

I don't leave home without it.

Good source of hydration, a healthy alternative to the well known corporate products.

I pair this w/the Hammer Gel that of which I consume on longer rides, say 50+ miles.

It does not upset my stomach, easy to drink, no bad aftertaste, mixes up well.

I've been using this for a couple of years now, it makes a noticeable difference on long rides and is a healthy choice over other energy drinks. It is also more economical.

Been using "during ride" drinks since the late '90's along with water. I tried a lot of them and Cytomax and Endurox were my favs for years. Maltodextrin (simple sugar: "energy") is the go to ingredient in everything, it's cheap, easy to produce, etc. But it's not good for you (stomach issues for some of us, "processed", etc. Been using Hammer Nutrition (gels, Recoverite, etc.) since late '90's and have always been happy. NOW finally they got rid of the processed corn syrup (causes inflammation) and replaced with tapioca. Got "Cherry Bomb" flavor with caffeine and LOVE it. Mild cherry flavor is good. If they got rid of the Xylitol it would be perfect. Thanks Hammer Nutrition.

Great on longer rides. Chocolate flavor is very tasty, not too sweet. Contains protein too.

Great product. Have used many different brands of electrolyte/endurance drink over the years and HEED has proven to be the most effective. Good taste - not overwhelming or sugary. No problems with gut distress. Recommend

So I believe this product works well while using it. Although I notice unfriendly gas afterwards. I did not notice this with the previous version Heed.

Hydration while riding. I used it in the past then switched to some "newer" brands because it didn't easily disolve. I went back to it when I wanted to order more of the Hammer Gel in the larger container to fill my flask. Upon my return I realized how much the flavor tastes artificial and I won't reorder. On the plus side it now disolves well.

The only sports drink that actually makes a noticeable difference 30 minutes after you drink it. If you end up with a headache from working outdoors in the heat, chances are you are dehydrated and you drink this 30 minutes later your headache will be gone but dont wait to drink some till that happens. Great stuff, get you some!

Tried this out for the first time on a 33-mile ride the other day. Good flavor. I do like the strawberry after years of orange and lemon lime.
