Excellent jacket that works for deep winter and shoulder seasons depending on how you layer underneath. Good fit and great water resistance. Won't soak thru unless riding in sustained all out downpour.

I wear 2XL in most Castelli. 5'11" 190. Not a body builder.

Even for Castelli it's tight, my upper arms are too tight, couldn't layer under this.

Cool to cold endurance rides. The chill factor dictates the under layer I wear either short sleeved or long sleeve. Nice garment!

happy with this jacket for light rain and short ride on heavy pour. not overheating inside but longer period of wet riding will soak it eventually.

A well designed piece ideal for Northern California winter rides. Tailor the base layer(s) to the temperature and the jacket replaces a thermal jersey and windshell/vest combination, with the added bonus of protetion from rain. Love the breathability and venting options I'd choose something else for subfreezing temps or extended heavy rain, but rarely ride in those conditions.

Really great piece of clothing. If its cold out you can layer underneath. Expect s tight fit when first worn. Will fit a bit looser once on the bike.

Quality rain or shine coat. My go to coat in cooler weather. With a primo base layer underneath, this coat keeps the wind and water out. It's stylish, visible, and cut just right too.
