True to sizing. Comes up higher instead of way lower on your waist and is is warmer than a summer knicker.

Bought these knickers for cooler temps in AZ. Fit great! They do run small. I am 5 10 and weigh 132 and XL fits perfectly. Nice chamois, and I like the V front very stylish for a flat tummy.
