The Zipp 303 Firescrest Disc rim is stiff, lightweight, stable and aerodynamic, and paired with the Chris King R45 hub, it's a miracle to ride.

The ride is fast and sure-footed, balancing power transfer with vibration damping, to communicate confidence back the rider. When you're getting rowdy on rough terrain, confidence is key. The rim is wide, to optimize tire fit, and deeper to confer as much aerodynamic benefit as possible. In real world terms, that means it's slightly more bulbous in design than its predecessor, with a 30mm outside width, a 25mm internal width, and a 40mm rim depth. Did we say they were aerodynamically pleasing? They are.

FREE Cassette Installation - Order a cassette along with a wheelset and we can install the cassette for free. Cassette installation requires special tools that not all our customers have. The cassette will be professionally installed and torqued to spec. Just add "Please install cassette" to your order notes at checkout and we'll take care of you. Please Note: If our inventory allocation requires that we ship your wheels and cassette from different warehouses, we will not be able to offer this service.
