Description
Xlab's Tire Mate is a compact and lightweight, CNC precision machined hand pump and CO2 inflator combo. Instead of carrying a hand pump and a CO2 inflator, this handy device provides 2-in-1, freeing up space in pockets/bags and ensuring ample inflation options. The CO2 inflator allows for incremental CO2 inflation and the hand pump goes up to 90 PSI. Both pump and inflator fit Presta and Schrader valves.

I haven't had to use the unit in the field yet, but when I received it I naturally used it to pump up a tire with both a CO2 cartridge and with the hand pump. Obviously pumping up by hand with such a tiny pump is not fun, but it does the job for those situations when you run out of CO2. It is straightforward to use and feels well made, though as mentioned, I've only tried once in the comfort of my garage.
