Description

Optimize Your Full Suspension MTB

The Wolf Tooth Components' B-RAD Bottle Shift is designed to offset a bottle mount to a more optimal location. This handy mount also makes it possible to install a pump on frames with large downtubes. It is most commonly used on dual-suspension frames where the water bottle is difficult to access because of interference with the top tube or shock. By shifting the bottle slightly off-center and tilting it outward, clearance is greatly improved.

The B-RAD Bottle Shift has slots and extra tapped holes in the mount provide 18mm of bottle position adjustment. This allows the bottle to be mounted as low as possible in the frame for improved clearance, or moved upward for easier reach. The centerline of the bottle moves 18mm with the combined 10° tilt and 9 mm offset. This makes it much easier access to the bottle, even on hardtails or road/gravel bikes. On some full-suspension bikes, it may not be possible to fit a bottle under the frame shock without this offset.

Brackets for many pumps don't even clear the frame on most mountain bikes. Because of this, offset pump bracket mounting holes allow for mounting mini pumps on most mountain bikes. The Wolf Tooth Components Bottle Shift makes this mount possible, allowing you to ride like the wind in a bike that can handle its own on the toughest trails.

Features:

  • Slots and extra tapped holes provide 18mm of bottle position adjustment
  • Bottle can be mounted low for improved clearance or moved upward for easier reach
  • Designed to be easily flipped to provide either left or right hand bottle access
  • Bottle centerline moves 18mm with the combined 10° tilt and 9 mm offset
  • Offset pump bracket holes allow mounting mini pumps on most mountain bikes

Well thought out bottle cage mount.

My bike has bottle mounts on the seat stays for bikepacking. They put the bottles though too close to the wheel to work for anything but the smallest water bottles. The B-RAD Bottle Shift allows me to move the bottles a little further out and the slight angle worked out great. I can now mount 34oz. bottles on the seat stays for those trips when I need to carry more water.

It Let Me Mount My Water Bottle Where I Needed It!

I have an E Bike (Specialized Turbo) in a small. Because of the frame size, I could not fit and be able to remove my water bottle on the down tube. With Bottle Shift, one side has offset mounting holes which allow me to mount the bottle cage and gives me enough clearance to remove the bottle. I mount my pump to the other side. A very neat solution!
