If you are looking for your next racing tire for hard-packed or mixed-terrain trails, look no further than the Vittoria Mezcal III XC Race Tire. Being the newest rendition of the Mezcal line, you can expect more grip and durability with even lower rolling resistance.

This tire equips you with everything you need to set a new personal record on your favorite trail or to rank up on your next race.

Features:

  • Tubeless ready so you can have lower pressure for a smoother ride and better traction
  • Densely packed, low profile knob configuration for maximum speed
  • Alternating center-ridge tread for low rolling resistance
  • Note: The 2.25 version of the Vittoria Mezcal has a different, lighter colored sidewall than all other Vittoria MTB tires. If this is an aesthetic concern of yours, please do not mix and match the two available widths, or contact us with any other questions.

Bought Them for the Name, Great Performance

Had to have a pair on my old Salsa El Mariachi. The bike is set up for long distance MTB tours and the tires performed great on a rugged 80 mile day. I was surprised to find no damage at all after ploughing through plenty of chunky stuff. Then I find out they are a top choice for Tour Divide racerriders. I know why - fast, plenty grippy, tough, light - couldn't be happier.

Great value. Currently using on my Trek 920 gravel grinder. Efficient enough on pavement and provide a sweet roll on gravel. Plenty of volume to air down. Knobbies just the perfect size... not too big, not too small, just right. Tight fit, easy tubeless set-up. Highly recommended.
