Convert that wasted space on your seatpost into a crucial part of your cargo setup with the Topeak MTX Beamrack Seatpost Rack. Designed for use in mountain biking or heavy commuting, the MTX Beamrack doesn't use the traditional mounting eyelets found on the rear triangle of the bike. Instead, the MTX Beamrack uses an intuitive and secure quick-release mechanism to clamp down on your seatpost, enabling you to carry up to 25 pounds of gear either on the rack's tray itself or in the compatible Topeak MTX TrunkBags (not included).

This V-beamrack replaced the straight beamrack I used previously. It allows me to swing my leg over the back of the bike due to lower clearance. I'm really happy with the performance of the Topeak MTX product. Have ridden hundreds of miles with faultless performance. The ease of sliding onto the rack instead of fussing around with velcro is well worth it!
