We designed the 2.6” Kennebec to offer the best balance of volume, weight, and traction. A slightly smaller casing than standard plus sized 29er tires reduces weight and rolling resistance while working on a wide range of rim widths. Riders still feel the benefits of increased traction and lower air pressure found in a larger volume casing.
