Description Teravail Coronado 29 X 2.8 Mountain Bike Tire.
The Teravail Coronado 29" Plus MTB Tire offers the highest amount of angular momentum of its siblings, as well as the larger footprint and flotation that a plus-size tire offers.
The mild and open center tread works with the slightly more aggressive side knobs to offer traction and stability suited for sandy terrain and bikepacking.
Light and Supple
When extra puncture protection isn't necessary, Teravail's light and supple casing offers decreased weight and comfortable, ultra-supple ride quality at lower pressures when set up tubeless.
Features:
Side lugs that dig in when you're leaned in turns
Center tread section designed for maximum bite
Paddle design tread aids in braking and pedaling
Tall transition lugs are spaced out to shed mud
Perpendicular shipping for maximum traction in turns
Buttressing supports tire under heavy cornering
Braking shovel provides traction when braking hard in turns
Perfect for sandy, loose terrain
Note: Teravail tires are compatible with specific ETRTO sized rims. Check with rim manufacturer for specific rim compatibility.

Mounted up well, measures 2.625 on an i35 rim. Lots of cushion on a hard tail.
