An outstanding value for your 'cross or touring bike.

The CR720 brakes offers great stopping power, easy adjustment and classic looks, without breaking the bank. Tektro uses forged aluminum arms for uncompromising durability and a super low weight. Simple coil springs also help keep the weight down, while allowing for snappy, reliable braking action. Dual micro-adjust screws have also been added to allow fine-tuned adjustments to spring tension for perfect pad centering.

The included cartridge pad holders accept Shimano-type inserts and use a series of concave/concave washers for easy toe-in and rim clearance adjustment. A deluxe locking straddle wire carrier is also included for a further degree of adjustability and style.

The Tektro CR720 Cantilever Brakes are sold in individually (per wheel). These brakes can be run front or rear. Since the pads come pre-installed for rear use, they will need to be swapped for front applications. Available in Black or Silver. 121g/wheel.

what can I say? I've had 3 other kinds of cantis , all top name brands, expensive, fancy. These are the smoothest action, nicest feel, best stopping power and NO squeal, NO chatter, or fork shudder.I have ridden them in rain, ice , snow, slush.... and they're the least expensive and best looking.
