I actually mix this 50/50 with "Ultragen" (1 scoop Tailwind, 1 scoop Ultragen) the pea protein in Tailwind is high in Leucine, helps muscles recover and rebuild quicker, look at the research on it. This is a legit product that actually facilitates quicker recovery.

The best Ive had
Ive tried at least 6 different recovery formulas. This is the best Ive tried in terms of taste and recovery effect. I appreciate the flavor - not sweet - slightly savory. I definitely notice a different in recovery speed. Great formula!

The product works well, but the vanilla is very sweet and has a weird flavor profile. Neither my wife or I like it. Too bad as it works well.

I thought it was placebo at first but I really do think this has me bouncing back after harder efforts much quicker.
