Description
Designed specifically for SRAM's XX1 group, this 11-Speed Chain is purpose built for 1x11 shredding.
The XX1 11-Speed Chain is designed from the ground up to work with SRAM's 1X systems. To this end, it features X-Synch technology to match up perfectly with the SRAM "wide tooth, narrow tooth" chainrings for better chain control over rough trails and terrain. This chain is also the first from SRAM to receive their Hard Chrome finishing treatment, which they say results in four times greater elongation resistance over their previous chains. If you are looking to switch to either XX1 or X01, then there's no other chain you should be looking at.
Recommended for the SRAM XX1 and X01 11-Speed groups, this chain comes with 118 links and weighs 252 grams.

Reviews
Got just over 600 miles out of my original SRAM XX1 chain before it started making ugly shifting noises on my Trek Farley. Crank and cassette still in great shape and now with new OEM chain, back to shifting like new. Chain gave itself up and saved the expensive components to ride another day. Yeah Baby!
Do the research (google zero friction cycling), this chain is a long-lasting chain. If you use the right lube, again, do the research, this chain will far outlast most less expensive chains.
