Had to replace my derailleur due to a crash. This is really the best one on the market. If you do not know how to align this derailleur, best to find somebody that does. It's not really that hard, but you do need to know what you are doing. Haven't missed a shift, or dropped a chain since the replacement. Highly recommend.
