Watts happening.

Training with power not only makes your workouts more consistent and more specialized, but it also provides you with a catalog of your performance over time so you know exactly where you've stood, where you stand, and where you need to go next with your fitness. The SRAM Quarq Red BB30 Crankset calculates valuable power data, including left-right specific Power Balance™ measurements and magnet-less cadence numbers thanks to an integrated AxCad™ accelerometer, which is then delivered straight to your Garmin or other ANT+™ compatible head unit. It's constructed with carbon Exogram™ arms to minimize the weight penalty and compromise nothing in terms of performance, and the factory-calibrated internals are accurate to ±1.5%. Standard 130BCD or compact 110BCD spider options allow you to use most 11 speed chainrings of your choosing (sold separately), and Quarq's OmniCal® technology lets you install them and swap them out without any effect on data accuracy.

The SRAM Quarq Red BB30 Crankset is available in various arm lengths. Powered by one CR2032 battery for ~300 hours of run time. For use with BB30 compatible frames only. Includes chainring bolts. 145mm "Q-Factor." 556 g approximate weight (172.5 mm, 110 BCD).
