Winter Riding Calls for the Fiandre Light Glove
The Sportful Fiandre Light Glove offers many of the same features as the Fiandre Glove, designed with increased breathability for more milder winter riding conditions.
The Neoprene cuff creates a comfortable, yet tight seal around the wrists to keep rain and snow from entering the glove. The SoftShell Fabric repels water and resists wind while providing great insulation.
When you've yet to reach deep winter weather, the Fiandre Light Gloves give you excellet protection you need from the elements.

This glove is great for it's intended purpose - cool weather riding. It keeps the hands comfortable and breathes really well. That breathability means that it doesn't hold in a lot of heat, so don't expect to wear this glove below about 40F unless your hands run really warm. The latex strips on the palm are very tacky and provide good grip on the bars. They are thin, so you still have good dexterity for shifting, pushing the buttons on your bike computer, etc.
These are ideal for cool, dry weather down to about 40 degrees. They are super grippy and not too thick, so your hands stay put and you still can still use your fingers. If they had a nose wipe on the thumb I would give them five stars.
I got these gloves about 3 weeks ago, liked the color and fit. On my 4th time wearing them, a seam on the right thumb came apart. I've always felt Sportful was good quality, but these gloves are a major disappointment.
These gloves have no insulation, whatsoever. Literally just a layer of Lycra on the outside of the glove. Nice grip as described, but look elsewhere for warmth, even at mild temperatures.
