Enjoy Mud, Dirt, and Debris Free Rides with SKS Bluemels Fenders
The SKS Bluemels Fenders are robust and rigid. These fenders feature a sandwich design with superfine aluminum strips embedded in the plastic sheathing. The ASR safety release system releases the stays, should branches become trapped between the mudguard and the front wheel. The Bluemels Fenders include a struts kit, a stainless steel fixed bridge, and mounting materials for easy installation.
The plastic fender is set built for road or gravel usage and fits up to 37mm wide tires.

This is my second set of these fenders! It does take a little bit longer to set these up, but they look and function great. They are easy to manipulate and cut, if necessary. They are also quieter than metal fenders.
I installed these on an All City Cosmic Stallion running 700x38 GravelKing tires. They look great and so far have kept me dry. Installation required one extra bracket to make the connection to the seat stay, but my local bike shop hooked me up.
These took me about 90 minutes to get mounted, using a rotary tool cut-off wheel to do the trimming. The bolts that came in the package were completely useless though so expect a trip to the shop unless you keep some on hand. They work nicely for group rides and keep things clean.
