Roll it up and roll out.

The Silca Premio Seat Roll is the world's first on-bike storage solution powered by the Boa® Closure System. The foundation of the Premio Seat Roll is a waxed canvas of SILCA's own creation. Heavyweight cotton canvas is first hot-melt waxed for water-proofing, and then CNC quilted with reflective thread for improved visibility. The Premio attaches effortlessly to the saddle's rails using the beautiful Boa® Closure System allowing for a lighter weight, more durable, more powerful and more adjustable attachment to the seat rails than traditional designs. The Premio has 3 pockets sized to hold 2 CO2 cartridges with regulator, an inner-tube up to 700x45, and a multi-tool or other accessories.

Good and unique

I always like a small compact saddle bag. This one is compact as well at techy with the boa system. The boa system keeps the saddle back nice and secure so that it does not move around. The price is a bit high but it seems like it will last longer then bags that use Velcro.

If you carry lots of stuff this isn't the bag for you. Loaded with 2 tubes, 2 co2, 1 tire lever, and 1 multiple tool this bag folds up real big and will contact your shorts.

Nice design but flawed.

I liked this unique seat bag that comes off pretty easily and keeps your tools organized so you don't wind up dumping them all out on the road. The Boa attachment is nice and after you get the hang of it, it snugs up pretty nicely and there's no rocking or rattling. But though the design is nice and unique, I'm ready to toss mine after a season and a half.

1. It's pretty small. I'm riding tubeless, but for most rides I bring a tube for worst case scenario and I put it in my jersey since I can't fit it in the bag along with a multi-tool and my other emergency kit. Even without the tube it's hard to fold the bag into a nice neat tri-fold.

2. The canvas wears pretty unevenly. The black canvas is faded and worn.

3. It claims to be waterproof but isn't particularly. I had a paper packet in there and it disintegrated over a couple of damp rides. I've since taken out all the tools and given them a good cleaning and coating with oil.

While this is pricey, I have no other bag that is as snug or as out of the way as this bag. With the Boa cinch, you can really get this thing snugged up against your saddle. If it doesnt, you didnt mount it to the saddle correctly.

In mine I carry an inner tube, nitrile gloves, a fixit sticks multitool, a Dynaplug tubeless tire patch kit, two CO2s , two Schwalbe tire levers, and a small tire inflator. I roll this up tightly and mount it and its very trim and compact.

When you need somehting out of this, you can lay it flat on the ground and roll it open. You tools stay clean and nothing falls out. You dont have to do the juggling routine you do with a small pack as you dig stuff out of it and then have to somehow hold on to it while youre looking for the thing you need. This is much more organized and much better, IMO.

Like most long time cyclists, I have a ton of these sorts of bags. This is the one that holds up the best, the longest and seems to work the best for me.

Time will tell if I end up liking this seat roll bag. Install was not self-evident and no instructions were included. Found info on a YouTube video. Have not ridden with it yet.

Really like these seat packs

This is the most secure seat pack I have ever used. You need to spend some time to get your stuff in the right pockets and it's worth watching Silca's video on how to pack and roll the seat pack. Once mounted properly on your seat, this pack is if it's been welded to the back seat rails. There is no wobble, or shimmy or looseness.

Furthermore, should you need anything, you don't have to dig through the bag. Everything is organized in the three pockets and the seat bag also acts like a tool roll or place where you can leave your tools without them being in the dirt at the side of the road or trail.

This is the best seat bag out there. Only issue is that Silca is never shy about charging for this seat pack so it's a touch expensive but overall, worth it.

I've since gone and gotten one of these for each of my bikes. Highly recommended!

Classy, innovative, small but mighty

Pricey, but hey, it's Italian. I carry tire levers, spare tube, boot, patch kit, quick chain link, spurcycle tool and chain tool (I have hand pumps on my bikes). The three pockets of this tool roll helps keep things organized. I wish the flap that folds over the pockets was a little more generous in size. The BOA closure is genius for a tool bag. It securely fastens it under my saddle or sometimes to the top of my pannier rack. It could use some additional color options.

Beautifully crafted but too small

I love the design of the Silca seat roll. Silca doesnt cut corners and always makes the most functional, long lasting, and beautifully designed products. Their ratchet connectiontightened attachment is brilliant and easy to use. However, I can only fit a 700x28 tube in the roll with no room for an inflator or tire irons. A larger carrying capacity would have been perfect.

I actually had to return this seat roll. I wanted to love it because I think the design is very attractive and the materials are high quality. But no matter how hard I cinched it down on my saddle rails, it always managed to flip upside-down and dangle loosely. The diamond stitching, boa clasp, and all the other little details are very attractive but this bag needs another point of attachment (perhaps at the seat post) to stay snug and in position. Please don't waste your money on this bag. Let Silca redesign a better version first. For now, buy something else.
