Slay the trail.

The Sidi Dragon 4 MTB shoe is the prime option for burning up the trail. Using the previous Dragon 3 as a starting point, this updated model features an anatomically curved Soft Instep 3 Closure over the top-foot to disperse upward forces during your backstroke for secure and comfortable pedalling the whole way round. It's cinched down with one of the two Tecno-3 dial adjusters on each shoe for a precise fit, and the upper is of course constructed with Sidi's renowned synthetic leather for a sleek look and bombproof construction. Other standards include Sidi's Heel Cup and Adjustable Heel Retention Device to keep your heel planted during steep uphill attacks, and all that power is expertly transferred to the pedals through the Sidi Dragon 4's SRS Carbon Composite Sole for finely-tuned stiffness, lightness, and comfort.

Replaceable SRS sole. Toe-spike compatible.

Super comfortable shoes

I have finally found the right shoes for me. After years of trying different brands (Shimano, Giro, Specialized) these are the ones that just work. They have the Boa style adjustment which work better then anything I have used in the past. Also, there is a heel cup adjustment, should you need it. I actually tried them on at the store, and they felt a little tight, but broke in very quickly. I find them so comfortable, that I often forget that they are on, both on, and off the bike. The sole stiffness seems to give good power transfer so much so, that I switched my road bike to a single sided SPD pedal and use them on it,as well as my gravel bike. The only down side is cost, they are by far the most expensive shoes that I have ever bought. That said, the build quality and comfort are worth it. Plus, the shoes have replaceable bottom lugs, and Boa system, so it should be a long time before they ever need full replacement.

I use it for 2-3 road bike trips of 40-60 miles every week.
