It stops here.
If you swore by the previous Deore XT Brakes, then you'll pinky swear by Shimano's Deore XT M8000 Front Disc Brake, with a revised master cylinder and textured brake lever that's a trickle-down favor from its high-end XTR sibling. The trail-tuned Servo Wave mechanism provides excellent pad clearance for maintaining performance in sloppy conditions while simultaneously optimizing stopping power. A more compact bar clamp and I-Spec II mounting capabilities makes for a low-profile setup, as does the slimmed-down master cylinder. A squeeze of the textured alloy lever pushes down on dual ceramic-pistons down at the caliper for the reliable, fade-resistant performance that XT brakes are known for.
Adjustable reach. Post-mount. Rotors not included.
