Description

Shimano N03A XTR Resin Disc Brake Pads

Brake pad compound is important when it comes to the performance of brakes. The two most common brake pad types are resin and metal. Resin pads add more modulation and noise control over metal brake pads and metal pads offer more power and fade resistance.

The Shimano N03A Disc Brake Pads are designed for the new 4-piston BR-M9120 XTR brakes from Shimano. The N03A is the resin pad version for the new XTR brakes. The resin compound has been updated from the previous generation.

Since replacing my old metallic pads to these resin pads, I have not experienced one squealing brake sound. Braking power is excellent as well.
