The Shimano Men's SH-EX700 are off-road touring shoes that deliver premium comfort and performance for a broad range of cycling adventures.
This shoe features a high-grip ULTREAD EX rubber outsole and pattern optimized for challenging adventures on and off the bike. Add in a wider forefoot contact area that provides a more secure grip and reduces cleat chattering.
The midfoot SPD placement improves casual-pedaling comfort at moderate cadences and the shank has a stiffness index of 5 for a perfect mix of stability and walkability that's also going to be comfortable over long rides. An EX midsole with layered EVA foam absorbs heel impacts to support smoother and more comfortable walking.
The DX700 is held together with tri-panel closure straps with a BOA® L6E dial to support quick and precise micro-adjustments for secure fit performance. A mesh and TPU composite upper provides a comfortable fit, better breathability and durability, with a robust toe cap added for extra toe protection.
