Description

The Perfect All-Season Tread

Introducing the Serfas Stagioni High-Performance All-Season Tire, an all-season tire for the performance-minded cyclist who's not afraid of a rain cloud or two. 'Stagioni" means "seasons" in Italian, which is an extremely fitting name for this tread pattern.

Constructed utilizing Serfa's super fast Volcanic Speed Silica Compound, the Stagioni achieves impressive high speed on both dry and wet pavement.

The advanced Aerospeed Tread Pattern controls water and channels it away from the tire to maintain incredible grip in the wet while keeping handling under control. Despite the extra siping on the bicycle tire, the Stagioni rolls incredibly fast.

Underneath the high-quality rubber are two layers of FPS (Flat Protection System) casing, which repels sharp objects from puncturing the tube.

Rest assured, if you live in a climate where it rains frequently, this is the optimal tire for your road setup.

The rubber is softer than any tire I've tried. It was transferring to the trainer roller when first put on. That may be due to the intricate micro-ribs in the tread pattern. The design looks intended for sheer traction under bad conditions. Dragging a thumb across it makes it obvious how well it'll hold the road. The fibrous sidewall reminds me of Gatorskins, but the lower overall weight makes my choice of which to buy real easy. They do only come in skinny, though.

Love the extra deep tread on a 700x23mm tire

Hard to find a deeper tread pattern in a 700x23 and the ride seemed fine, including cornering. One other viewer had the dickens of a time trying to fit them on his rims. They were a little tight but not to bad, I just use a little tire wet on a rag and crimp it over the bead of the tire, works every time. Never do that on non hooked rims. Also were on sale at purchase for a killer deal. Thanks much-------------Mark

Nice tires but a real pain to install on rims

I've changed my share of tires in my cycling life, but never encountered the challenge I faced trying to put these tires on my 2007 Cannondale Synapse with Mavic rims. They were so tight it literally took a couple of hours of fussin and cussing and multiple tire levers. No complaints now that they're on, but sheesh don't want to go through that again

I ride the streets of San Francisco and the nearby roads and these tires have changed my enjoyment. Great grip and full confidence on wet pavement. Soft and very fast. I replaced some Bontrager all purpose tires that came with the bike and these are much better. Enjoy them on your bike.

Great tires for any road

I replaced a set of Specialized All Condition tires with this set and I'm very happy I did.

They are fast and smooth. The main reason I bought them is for the tread/grip and they delivered. The streets of San Francisco are sometimes wet, usually bumpy, and often feature shattered glass. No problem for these tires.

These are some of the best tires I've ever rode on! A smooth ride with just the right amount of tread to make handling a dream. I would definitely buy again, but they're wearing so well, it won't be any time soon. Great quality... very satisfied!
