I started biking again after 15 years so a long ride for me is anything more than 2 miles. The longer rides can be hard on the hind end, but this gel seat cover made a big difference. Now 10 miles and more is comfortable for me! I measured the bike seat first so the fit is good. I think it will last a long time!
